National Self Storage – Sacramento, California

Schomac developed this self storage facility located at 660 Garden Highway in Sacramento, CA in 2006 and continues to own it today. It is a Class A property consisting of four masonry block buildings containing approximately 61,205 total rentable square feet, 65% of which is climate controlled. The property also includes an additional 768 square feet of exterior RV storage for a total of 61,973 rentable square feet.

Situated on approximately 2.7 acres, it features a superior location and a unique blend of amenities. The property offers attractive curb appeal with manicured landscaping, excellent signage, and a state of the art retail sales office. National RV Central is an indoor, climate controlled recreational vehicle and self storage facility located at 6260 North Travel Center Drive in Tucson, Arizona. The property was completed and opened in December 2006 and is situated on 7.03 acres.

The facility consists of 15 buildings demised into approximately 300 units totaling 124,948 rentable square feet of storage space of which 118,010 sq ft is climate controlled. In addition to storage space, there is a 2,600 sq. ft. repair shop, 3,500 sq. ft. state-of-the-art RV/Truck wash and a 2,288 sq. ft. building that hosts a retail shop, office and onsite residence. The property also offers propane gas and sanitation station services.

Acquired by Schomac in 2015 out of bankruptcy, The Arizona Storage Company is a self storage facility located at 40675 W. Honeycutt Road in Maricopa, Arizona. The property contains 4 self-storage buildings (three single story and one two-story) and one office. Sitting on 2.1 acres, the facility features a total of 569 units and 69,889 rentable square feet.
